IFAC 2008 Exhibition will be held from July 7 to 11, 2008 during the 17th IFAC World Congress. Companies and organizations in the field of automatic control and other relavant fields will present their services, products, and literature. Expected attendance is over 2,500 professionals.

Location

The exhibition wil be located in Atlantic Hall #5 on the 3rd floor of the COEX as shown below.
In order to maximize attendance at the exhibits, they will be located in the center of the hall with the registration desk, poster sessions, special technical event, and the Internet lounge. All coffee breaks are scheduled to take place in the exhibition area.

 
Exhibition Space/Booth

(1) Exhibit booth will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
(2) Standard Booth (3m width x 3m depth x 2.5m height) includes:

A 2.5m tall open aluminum framework fitted over the entire booth area
Banner with the name of the company/exhibitor, 30cm in height; it will be hung at the height of 2.2m above the floor
One rectangular table and a folding chair
One fluorescent light and three spotlights
Basic electrical outlet: Single phase 220V, 1KW
Carpeted floor
Exhibition directory that includes detailed information about the company/exhibitor

Additional arrangements for the exhibit space are available at extra costs.

(3) Badges given out to exhibitors will provide access to the exhibit hall and coffee breaks. For those who would like to attend the technical programs, a full Congress registration will be required.

 
Payment Information

Exhibitors may pay a 50% deposit of the participation fee and/or relevant booth charges at the time of application submission; a full payment must be made by March 31, 2008 at the latest. Please see Terms and Regulations of Exhibiting regarding the cancellation policy. Once the application has been submitted, the confirmation email will be sent out within seven days. All exhibitors’ profiles will be posted on the website.
