- Individual cancellation before 7 days prior to arrival : No cancellation charge
- Individual cancellation after 7 days prior to arrival & No-Shows : One night room rental with applicable tax & service charge.

Cancellation Policy: Other Hotels

- Cancellation received by June 9, 2008: 100% refund.
- Cancellation received by June 27, 2008: 20% of one night room rate charged as a penalty.
- Cancellation received by July 4, 2008: 50% of one night room rate charged as a penalty.
- Cancellation received after July 4, 2008 or no-show: One night room rate charged.
