Making Tour Reservations[ top ]

1. All tour fees must be guaranteed with a valid credit card information when making a reservation.

2. Tour fees will NOT be charged to your credit card until the minimum of 10 people is reached

(For the Daily Tour Option 4 - DMZ Tour, you will be making a payment on site).

3. Reservation confirmation will be sent to your email only when there is a minimum of 10 people.

4. The individual with a tour reservation must confirm with us upon his/her arrival in Seoul.

5. Tour participants must show up at the Tour Desk at COEX 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time at the latest.

6. On-site tour reservation must be made at the Tour Desk at least 1 day before the tour departure.

7. Please complete the Tour Reservation Form and submit it online.

8. Last day to make a reservation is June 2, 2008.

All tour cancellations must be received by Hanjin Travel in writing. The following penalties shall apply (In case of a cancellation by Hanjin Travel due to lack of participants or local circumstances, there will be no charge):
