The IFAC (International Federation of Automatic Control), founded in 1957, is a multinational federation of engineering and scientific societies (National Member Organizations) from more than 50 countries from all over the world. It aims to promote the science and technology of automatic control in the broadest sense in all systems, whether, for example, engineering, physical, biological, social or economic, in both theory and application.
The IFAC World Congress is held every three years for approximately 2,500 participants: professionals, managers and decision-makers, industrial engineers, researchers and scientists, students,and professors, who are all involved in the broad field of automatic control and its related fields. The 17th IFAC World Congress 2008 will be held in the COEX (Convention and Exhibition) Hall located in the core of Seoul, Korea.
An exhibition of control technology, hardware and software products, technical books, and journals will be an important part of the Congress. The IFAC 2008 Exhibition will be held in the same location a the Congress venue, the COEX Hall.
The Exhibition is a great opportunity to actively participate in the 17th IFAC World Congress in the beautiful city of Seoul. Besides the attractive exhibition spaces, there are many other promotional opportunities.
