Students participating in the Congress will have an opportunity to appreciate the excellent facilities of Kulhouse, the dormitory of Konkuk University. Kulhouse is within ten minutes of walking distance from a subway station (Konkuk University, Line 2 & 7), surrounded by lakes and trees. The dormitory consists of three halls: Vision, Frontier, and Dream Hall. For the Congress, male students will be staying in Vision Hall and female students in Frontier Hall. All buildings have a coin laundry room on the first floor, and each floor has a common room open to the occupants. For each room, there are two twin-size beds, desks, a full bathroom, and free phone and internet access. Bedding and simple toiletries are provided as well as cleaning services. All rooms operate with a card key access system to ensure security.
Other facilities of the Kulhouse community include a full cafeteria, a convenience store, a gym, a cafe and a deli. The Congress room rate does not include meals or a gym pass.
Kulhouse rooms will be available for reservations as well as other lodging options in early February.
