Q. I need the official letter of invitation to apply for my visa (or financial aid). Where can I get a copy?

A. Once you upload the final submission, the letter will be automatically generated for you to download. Please enter the submission site https://ifac.papercept.net/conferences/ and log in, then choose the option "Request an acceptance letter" in your Workspace. It will ask you to provide your passport information. Once finished, the letter will be created in a PDF format. If you are requesting the letter for visa, please ask the Korea Embassy in your country if this document will be sufficient. If you need any additional documents for your visa, please contact the Secretariat upon registration.

Q. I need a copy of invoice for my registration fee. Where can I get it?

A. Please enter the registration site https://ifac.papercept.net/registration/index.php, log in, then click "view registration history" on top of the page. Click on your confirmation number. Please note that it is not an official receipt which you can get at the conference site.

Q. I cannot upload the reference list. Please help me.

A. The reference file must be be a simple "TEXT" file with ".ref" extension. Please go to:

Windows Explorer >> Tools >> Folder Options >> View tab >> Advanced Settings >> View extensions for known file types

You should be able to see the file extension. Modify it from "txt" to "ref".
